Social recruiting for quality hires in 2013- based on a new survey conducted in the US, 98 percent of recruiters are using social media into their recruitment process. So, how do social networking sites stack up?

LinkedIn with 97%, continues to be far and away the preferred platform for finding candidates, followed by Facebook (51%), Twitter (49%) Google+ (19.1%) and Pinterest (3.6%).
