As of March 8, 2024, Microsoft is the most valuable company in the United States, with a market cap of $2988 billion. Following it are Apple ($2612 billion) and Nvidia CORPORATION ($2183 billion). The United States’ top five most valuable companies include some of the world’s most renowned brands: AMAZON.COM, INC. (No. 4, $1802 billion) and ALPHABET INC. (No. 5, $1640 billion).

Overall, among the United States’ top 10 largest companies by market capitalization, the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth positions are held by Meta Platforms, Berkshire Hathaway, Eli Lilly And Company, Broadcom Inc., and Visa.
