As of 19 March 2024, Elon Musk has a net worth of US$188.5 billion, making him the wealthiest person in the automotive industry. Robin Zeng follows in second place with $27.6 billion, while Stefan Quandt ranks third with $26.9 billion, and Susanne Klatten comes in fourth with $26.1 billion.
The fifth and sixth spots on the list are occupied by Wang Chuanfu, whose net worth is $16.4 billion, and Eric Li, whose net worth is $16.4 billion. Lu Xiangyang is placed 7th with a net worth of $13.2 billion. Huang Shilin ($12.7 billion) occupied the 8th position among the wealthiest people in the automotive industry, followed by Shahid Khan (No. 9) with $12.2 billion and Wei Jianjun (No. 10, $11.8 billion).
