As of 19 March 2024, Mukesh Ambani was estimated as the wealthiest person in India, with a net worth of around $112.8 billion, followed by Gautam Adani (No. 2, $79.4 billion), Shiv Nadar (No. 3, $37.3 billion); and Savitri Jindal (No. 4, $32 billion). Dilip Shanghvi is the fifth-richest person in India, with a whopping $25.7 billion.
Cyrus Poonawalla ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $21.4 billion, followed by Kumar Birla with $19.2 billion and Kushal Pal Singh with $18.8 billion. Radhakishan Damani is placed 9th with a net worth of $17.7 billion. Lakshmi Mittal ($16.5 billion) occupied the 10th position among the wealthiest people in India.
