CEOWORLD magazine (ISSN: 2771-7216), the definitive magazine for CEOs, CFOs, high-level executives, business leaders, and high net worth individuals, today announced the appointments of Lisa Gable, Gordon Tredgold, and Dr. Joe Zammit-Lucia to its External Advisory Board (EAB). These three candidates have accepted the nominations and have been approved by the CEOWORLD magazine board to serve on the Board of Directors. The External Advisory Board (EAB) oversees the policy-making and operations of the organization.

Lisa Gable is the WSJ and USA Today bestselling author of the book, Turnaround: How to Change Course When Things are Going South, and is recognized worldwide as a turnaround mastermind. As CEO of several organizations, and as a former Presidential appointee, US Ambassador, UN Delegate, and advisor to Fortune 500 companies, Lisa has orchestrated and executed the successful turnarounds of well-known private and public organizations in all industries and sectors. Lisa most recently served as the CEO of FARE, the world’s largest funder of food allergy research.

In 2004, she was appointed by President George W. Bush as the first woman in World’s Fair’s 150-year history to direct the U.S. Pavilion, a 100 percent non-federally funded $33.7 million operation with more than 70 employees. She held personal rank of Ambassador.

Dr. Joe Zammit-Lucia is a leadership adviser focused on business leadership in contemporary culture, an author, public speaker and commentator in the international press on the inter-relationship between business and politics.

He is the author of “The New Political Capitalism” (Bloomsbury Business, 2022). His previous books included “The Death of Liberal Democracy?” and “Backlash: Saving Globalization from Itself.”

Following a career in multinational business, he founded his own management advisory firm with offices in Cambridge (UK), New York and Tokyo. On divestment he co-founded RADIX a non-aligned public policy think tank based in London and the RADIX Centre for Business, Politics & Society based in Amsterdam.

He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Singapore Forum for Long Term Investors, was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Board, College of Arts and Sciences, Florida International University and a Special Adviser to the Director General at the International Union for Conservation of Nature. He has acted as CEO at data analytics company Clinical Insights.He has been a board member of various charities in the UK and the US. Sophie is currently serving as a Senior Economist at CEOWORLD magazine's Global Unit. She started her career as a Young Professional at CEOWORLD magazine in 2010 and has since worked as an economist in three different regions, namely Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, East Asia, and the Pacific. Her research interests primarily revolve around the topics of economic growth, labor policy, migration, inequality, and demographics. In her current role, she is responsible for monitoring macroeconomic conditions and working on subjects related to macroeconomics, fiscal policy, international trade, and finance. Prior to this, she worked with multiple local and global financial institutions, gaining extensive experience in the fields of economic research and financial analysis.
