RWS Global Taps Former NBCUniversal CFO of Production & Operations to Serve as CFO

RWS Global has appointed Chris Lucarz, former CFO of Production & Operations at NBCUniversal, to the position of Chief Financial Officer. This appointment follows Bluestone Equity Partners’ minority investment in RWS Global, a global Sports, Media & Entertainment private equity firm. Chris Lucarz’s addition further strengthens RWS Global’s leadership team, positioning the company for continued success and growth as the world’s largest provider of live experiences.

As the new CFO, Lucarz will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administration aspects of RWS Global, including Finance, HR, and Legal. He will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

With a career spanning over 20 years in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Rockefeller Center Operations to SVP & CFO, Lucarz brings extensive financial experience and strategic insight to strengthen RWS Global’s financial and administrative operations amid the company’s global expansion.

Chris Lucarz’s career includes over two decades of financial leadership roles with companies such as General Electric and NBCUniversal. In his previous positions, he oversaw live production environments for renowned shows like Today Show, Saturday Night Live, Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, MSNBC, CNBC, and Telemundo. Prior to joining RWS Global, he held various operational finance roles at NBCUniversal, supporting studios, control rooms, and facilities while collaborating with the business on strategic investments and innovation.
