    4. Student Residence Permit
      This permit allows students to enroll in primary or secondary education when residing in Turkey.

 What Is The Validity of The Various Types of Permanent Resident Permits?

As mentioned earlier, the different types of residence permits have different validity, such as:

    • Short-term Residence Permits: This permit is issued for two years at a time.
    • Family Residence Permit: The validity of this type of permit is three years at maximum.
    • Student Residence Permit: The timeframe depends on the course length. The permit period cannot be exceeded if the education period is less than a year.
    • Humanitarian Residence Permit: This type of residence permit is approved for one year at maximum.
    • Human Trafficking Residence Permit: The overall validity for the same is 30 days or a month.
    • Long-term Residence Permit: It has indefinite validity.
