The Good Glamm Group, South Asia’s premier direct-to-consumer (DTC) beauty and personal care conglomerate, has announced the appointment of Kamal Lath as its Group Chief Financial Officer. With a distinguished academic background and over 23 years of global experience spanning diverse industries, Kamal brings a wealth of expertise in finance, strategy, and leadership to his new role.

Prior to joining the Good Glamm Group, Kamal held prominent roles at esteemed organizations such as Case New Holland (CNH), L&T Mindtree, K12 Technoservices (Orchids International Schools), and d.light, where he served as Global CFO. Additionally, Kamal served as a Venture Partner at Avaana Capital, a climate and sustainability-focused Venture Capital Fund, actively supporting and mentoring technology-led startups.

As the newly appointed Group CFO, Kamal Lath assumes a pivotal position in shaping the financial strategy and execution of the Good Glamm Group, propelling the company into its next phase of growth. Leveraging his extensive experience in global markets, Kamal will spearhead the Group’s international expansion initiatives, drawing upon his successful track record in leading businesses through scale-up endeavors, fundraising initiatives, and M&A integrations across multiple geographies.
