C.H. Robinson CFO Mike Zechmeister to Step Down
The Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based company C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRW), a freight broker and third-party logistics provider, announced on Thursday that CFO Mike Zechmeister will be stepping down from his position in 2024. The company has initiated a search for a successor. Zechmeister will continue with the company until a replacement is appointed or by no later than May 31, when he intends to retire.
Zechmeister joined Robinson in 2019, transitioning from United Natural Foods Inc., where he held the role of CFO. Prior to that, he accumulated 25 years of experience at General Mills Inc., occupying various finance leadership positions.
David Bozeman, president and CEO, expressed gratitude, stating, “We greatly appreciate Mike’s dedication and contributions to Robinson over the past four years to ensure the company’s continued success. During his tenure as CFO, Mike built a strong finance organization that will continue to serve Robinson well.”
