Philippe Schaillee will be based at Costa Coffee’s headquarters in London and report to Evguenia (Jeny) Stoichkova, President of Coca-Cola’s Global Ventures division.

“Philippe is an outstanding leader who comes to Costa with a deep background in business and a passion for building great brands. We look forward to working with Philippe to expand on the plans we have developed to grow Costa, both in its home country of England and beyond,” said Evguenia (Jeny) Stoichkova, President of Coca-Cola’s Global Ventures division.

Costa Coffee currently operates 2,700 stores across the UK and more than 1,100 across over 40 countries.

Philippe Schaillee succeeds Jill McDonald, who stepped down as Costa Coffee CEO at the end of July 2022 to join the US fast-food chain McDonald’s as Executive Vice President and President of International Operated Markets. In July 2022, Costa Coffee appointed Shakir Moin as Interim CEO.
