How do you balance your demanding career with family life, and what advice would you give to working parents?

Balancing a demanding career and a fulfilling family life requires meticulous organization, prioritization, and sometimes, a bit of sacrifice. My husband, Matt, and I ensure that we synchronize our schedules to maximize our family time without compromising our professional responsibilities. For working parents, my advice is to establish clear boundaries and delegate when necessary. It’s crucial to stay present during family times to ensure quality over quantity.

What inspired you to transition from financial consulting to real estate, and how has your previous experience shaped your current role?

My journey into real estate was inspired by my upbringing. Growing up in a family deeply embedded in the real estate sector provided a foundational understanding and passion for the industry. The transition from financial consulting to real estate felt natural; the skills I honed in financial analysis and risk assessment have been invaluable in real estate negotiations and investment decisions. This background has enabled me to provide comprehensive advice to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.

Can you share how being a second-generation real estate professional has influenced your approach to the business?

Being a second-generation real estate professional has ingrained a deep respect and understanding of the industry from a young age. My parents taught me the value of integrity, hard work, and community service, which are principles I carry into my practice. This heritage has encouraged me to uphold high standards in client dealings and continuously push the envelope in service excellence.

In your experience, what are the key factors in maintaining successful client relationships in the luxury real estate market?

Maintaining successful client relationships, especially in the luxury market, hinges on trust, expertise, and personalized service. Clients need to feel confident in your ability to represent their best interests. I focus on building genuine connections, understanding their unique needs, and consistently delivering results that exceed their expectations. Transparent communication and integrity are also pivotal in nurturing long-term relationships.

How do you see the role of technology evolving in real estate, and how have you integrated it into your business operations?

Technology is revolutionizing real estate, particularly through advancements in virtual tours, AI-driven data analysis, and CRM systems. We have integrated cutting-edge technology to enhance client interactions, streamline operations, and provide dynamic market analyses. This technological integration allows us to offer clients a more efficient, personalized, and informed service.

What legacy do you hope to leave in the real estate industry, and what steps are you taking to achieve it?

My aim is to leave a legacy of innovation, integrity, and impact. I’m committed to pioneering new solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and the market, while also mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. Through continuous learning, community involvement, and leadership in industry organizations, I strive to contribute positively and enduringly to the real estate community.

What does success look like to you, both professionally and personally?

Success for me is multifaceted; professionally, it means achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients while driving forward the industry standards. Personally, success is about finding harmony between my career achievements and my role as a wife and mother—ensuring that while my professional life flourishes, my family thrives alongside it. It’s about making a meaningful impact both at home and in the broader community.
