Unispace Group Expands Leadership Team and Service Offerings for Enhanced Client Solutions
Unispace Group unveils its latest strategic moves, bolstering its EMEA operations with the appointment of Rob Frank as CEO of Corporate Interiors, EMEA, and key additions to its leadership cadre. With a distinguished background as a board director in multinational workplace fit-out firms, including BW: Workplace Experts and Morgan Sindall, Frank brings a wealth of experience in driving profitable growth. Tasked with overseeing Unispace’s corporate workplace interior solutions across the EMEA markets, Frank underscores the commitment to delivering excellence and integrated services to clients.
In tandem with Frank’s appointment, David Broderick joins the Unispace corporate interiors division in the newly created role of Head of Operations, EMEA. Broderick’s extensive expertise in leading construction projects across diverse sectors, coupled with his proficiency in delivering best practice methodologies, will fortify Unispace’s integrated approach throughout the region, facilitating the next phase of growth.
Further strengthening its global leadership team, Unispace welcomes Charlotte Sword as Group Chief People Officer, bringing with her nearly three decades of cross-sector HR leadership experience, notably from her tenure at Foster + Partners. Sword’s appointment underscores Unispace’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence across its diverse operations.
These strategic appointments align with Unispace’s trajectory of expansion and diversification, catalyzed by its acquisition by private equity firm PAG in 2020. Evolving from its core focus on corporate interiors, Unispace has diversified its portfolio with key acquisitions and intentional organic growth, expanding into highly regulated sectors through Unispace Life Sciences and brand-led experiential environments via Downstream.
