Leadership Transition at Stark Group: CFO Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen to Step Down

Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen, Chief Financial Officer of Stark Group, has announced her decision to step down later this year to pursue a new career path as a board member and advisor.

Stark Group, a prominent business-to-business merchant and distributor of heavy building materials in Europe, maintains a strategic focus on serving professional builders through its extensive network of over 1,150 branches.

During her tenure spanning six years, Rasmussen played a pivotal role in orchestrating the strategic and financial turnaround of Stark Group, steering it back onto a growth trajectory under private equity ownership.

The forthcoming appointment of a new Group CFO is anticipated before the summer, while Rasmussen will continue in her current role until the end of September 2024.
