ContourGlobal Taps Enel Executive to Serve as CEO

ContourGlobal, a prominent developer, owner, and operator of power generation assets, has appointed Antonio Cammisecra as CEO, effective February 2, 2024.

Cammisecra joins ContourGlobal following an illustrious career at Enel Group, where, from 2020 to 2023, he spearheaded the Enel Grids business. In this role, he managed a vast portfolio encompassing over 13,67 million miles of power distribution lines across eight countries. With over two decades of service at Enel, Cammisecra played a pivotal role in expanding Enel Green Power and driving the decarbonization of an 84GW power generation fleet.

In his new capacity, Cammisecra will be tasked with steering ContourGlobal’s investment strategy towards decarbonizing the company’s footprint and advancing the platform in sustainable technologies crucial to the power sector’s transition. He succeeds CEO Joseph C. Brandt, who served at the helm for seventeen years.
