Mitek Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MITK) has appointed David Lyle as its Chief Financial Officer. He is set to take on this role starting January 2, 2024, succeeding Fuad Ahmad, the current interim CFO, who will continue supporting Mitek through the transition over the next few months. As the new CFO at Mitek, Lyle will report directly to the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Max Carnecchia.
Mitek is a global leader in digital identity and fraud prevention, providing technologies that bridge the physical and digital realms. Over 7,800 organizations trust Mitek for mobile check deposits, new account openings, and more, enabling trust and convenience.
Lyle arrives with an extensive 28-year tenure in the technology industry, including 16 years serving as CFO in leading public companies like Surgalign Spine Technologies (SRGAQ), Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRG), Maxwell Technologies (previously NASDAQ: MXWL) before its acquisition by Tesla, and Entropic Communications (formerly NASDAQ: ENTR) prior to its acquisition by Maxlinear, Inc.
