David Sailer Elevated to EVP and CFO of Clear Channel Outdoor

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO) has made an announcement regarding changes in its executive leadership. Effective March 1, 2024, David Sailer, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Americas, will take on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the entire company.

He will succeed Brian Coleman, who will step down from his position and transition into a consulting role within the company. As a consultant, Coleman will collaborate with the Company’s Board of Directors, management team, and financial advisors to bolster the company’s financial position. Coleman is expected to continue in this consulting capacity until April 15, 2025.

Scott Wells, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, expressed confidence in Sailer’s appointment, while Mr. Sailer also shared his enthusiasm.

Sailer has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Americas since August 2014, spearheading the company’s global corporate development initiatives. Before joining the company in 2013, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the NBC News Digital Portfolio, concluding a thirteen-year tenure at NBC Universal with various leadership roles in news and digital properties. Sailer holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Professional Accounting from Montclair State University.
