As of December 12, 2023, Giovanni Ferrero was the wealthiest person in Italy, with an estimated net worth of 39.2 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Giorgio Armani (No. 2, $12.9 billion), Piero Ferrari (No. 3, $7.6 billion); and Massimiliana Landini Aleotti  (No. 4, $6.8 billion).

Sergio Stevanato is the fifth-richest person in Italy, with a whopping $6.6 billion. Patrizio Bertelli ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $4.5 billion, followed by Miuccia Prada with $4.5 billion. Giuseppe De’Longhi & family is placed 8th with a net worth of $4.4 billion. Giuseppe Crippa & family ($4.1 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Italy.
