Lumileds has announced the appointment of Tom Constantino as its Chief Financial Officer. With operations in over 30 countries and a workforce of approximately 6,000 employees, Lumileds stands as a global lighting and light source innovation and manufacturing leader.
Mr. Constantino brings with him more than 35 years of finance leadership experience gained at top technology companies in Silicon Valley. His extensive experience encompasses both public and private companies, including notable names such as HP, Hitachi, Western Digital, and A10 Networks, along with several early-stage technology companies.
Steve Barlow, CEO of Lumileds, expressed the company’s excitement about Tom Constantino joining the team, emphasizing that his broad experience will contribute to Lumileds’ growth in the automotive, aftermarket, and general illumination markets. Barlow also highlighted Constantino’s role in advancing new MicroLED technologies to fuel growth in the coming decades.
