What companies with the happiest employees have in common?
The factors that influence job satisfaction vary from person to person. These range from the connections you develop with your co-workers; the importance of the job itself, how much pay is involved, and how much autonomy one has with the tasks they’re assigned.
The most noteworthy element of Comparably’s latest employee reviews rankings is the importance of having excellent colleagues, a shared characteristic of the top businesses featured on the list.
The California-based HR tech Workday has secured the top ranking this year, where employees rated their workplace happiness at 91 out of 100. A review at Workday emphasizes the positive company culture, highlighting support, encouragement, and genuine happiness for colleagues’ growth, development, and victories. Came in second position Topgolf, followed by Uber in third.
At Topgolf, an employee claimed that the most pleasing aspect of their job was the positive connections with colleagues, while for Uber, an employee stated that their colleagues are what makes them happiest in the workplace.
