Molly Gonzales Partners in True Search’s Private Equity and Finance practices

True has announced the appointment of Molly Gonzales as a partner in True Search’s Private Equity and Finance practices. Gonzales will leverage her extensive background as a former CFO, private equity operator, and experienced executive recruiter to serve True clients.

As the leader of the CFO practice, Molly Gonzales built senior finance teams across a wide range of industries and asset classes, with a particular focus on clients in the industrial, consumer, retail, and business services sectors.

Before her current role, Gonzales served as the CFO of a startup mortgage investment platform, Marlin Mortgage Capital. In this capacity, she partnered with sophisticated institutional investors to deploy capital in the mortgage servicing rights market. Gonzales also gained experience working with the distressed credit team at Siguler Guff and with Fortress Investment Group’s publicly traded REIT, New Residential Investment Corp (NYSE: RITM), as well as Fortress’s private MSR Funds.
