Bharti AXA Life Insurance has announced the appointment of Rikhil K Shah as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his role, Shah will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.
Before joining Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Shah had a successful tenure at SBI General Insurance, where he progressed from Vice President – Finance to CFO.
Shah, a seasoned Chartered Accountant (CA) with two decades of experience, has also held positions at companies such as HDFC Ergo Insurance, Phillips Carbon Black, and Oxford Laboratories. In addition to his role as CFO, he has led transformation initiatives in larger organizations, overseeing functions such as analytics, HR, investment operations, and procurement.
