CEO Transitions: Accor, Victoria’s Secret, Vertiv, BharatPe, Hy-Vee, Tradeweb, and The Clearing House (TCH)…

Victoria’s Secret has announced its brand CEO Amy Hauk is stepping down. Amy Hauk, CEO of Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands, is stepping down March 31 to spend more time with her family in Florida.

Martin Waters, CEO of Victoria’s Secret & Co., will take over as CEO of the brand. In July, the company named Amy Hauk CEO of both Victoria’s Secret and PINK divisions. She had served as chief executive of PINK since 2018.

The Clearing House (TCH) announced that President & CEO James D. Aramanda will be retiring in early-2023, after 15 years leading the company. Aramanda will be succeeded by David Watson, who most recently served as Chief Product Officer of Swift. His appointment is effective February 1, 2023.

Suhail Sammer, who had been heading BharatPe has stepped down as its CEO. Suhail Sammer will transition to a strategic advisor role on January 7 and the current chief financial officer Nalin Negi will take over as the interim chief executive. Sameer took over as the CEO in the second half of 2021.

Vertiv Holdings Co. (VRT) has confirmed that Giordano Albertazzi has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer with effect from January 1. In last October, Vertiv had announced that its previous CEO Rob Johnson will retire from his role following health reasons.

Just a few months after naming Jeremy Gosch and Aaron Wiese co-CEOs, Hy-Vee said Jeremy Gosch is now the sole chief executive, while Aaron Wiese has been named president.

Tradeweb Markets has elevated Billy Hult to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position. Hult replaces Lee Olesky, who retired on 31 December 2022. Currently, he serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.

French hotel giant Accor announces that Omer Acar has been appointed as CEO Raffles & Orient Express. His appointment will be effective March 1st, 2023. Omer will be based in New York, where he will report directly to Sébastien Bazin, chairman and chief executive of Accor, who sits on the luxury and lifestyle executive committee.
