Riggs brings a wealth of experience to his new role, transitioning from his previous position as Co-President and CFO at Balfour Senior Living in Louisville, Colorado. There, he spearheaded enterprise-wide financial performance and steered the new development pipeline, showcasing his adeptness in navigating complex financial landscapes. His professional journey also includes notable stints as divisional CFO for hospitality and real estate at Vail Resorts, as well as roles in development and portfolio management at Stonebridge Companies.

A graduate of Cornell University’s esteemed School of Hotel Administration, Riggs holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management. Furthermore, his longstanding commitment to community service is evidenced by his decade-long tenure on the board of the Colorado Outward Bound School, including a distinguished chairmanship.
