Loyal Solutions CEO Sells 202,264 Shares, Retains 17% Stake

Loyal Solutions has announced that its CEO, Peter Kisbye, sold 202,264 shares in the company on February 19, 2025. The transaction accounts for 11% of his total holdings.
Following the sale, Kisbye continues to hold 1,261,439 shares, representing 17% of the company’s total share capital.
The company confirmed that the transaction was conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and reported to Finanstilsynet in Denmark.
Loyal Solutions stated that this announcement contains inside information which the company is required to disclose under the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
