Lauren Edelman Appointed as New CEO at Victoria Beckham Beauty
Victoria Beckham Beauty has announced a leadership transition, appointing Lauren Edelman as its new CEO. Previously serving as the brand’s Global Chief Marketing Officer, Edelman will take over from Katia Beauchamp.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Edelman will be based in New York and brings approximately 15 years of marketing experience to the role. Before joining Victoria Beckham Beauty in 2023, she held senior positions at L’Oréal, Chanel, and Rose.
In a statement cited by WWD, the company confirmed Edelman’s appointment, noting that she had worked closely with Beauchamp over the past 18 months. The statement also highlighted Edelman’s extensive industry expertise, particularly her tenure at L’Oréal Luxe and Chanel, emphasizing her strengths in brand storytelling and multi-channel strategy. Beauchamp, meanwhile, has stepped down to explore new opportunities.
