Shareholders Approve Appointment of Marloes Roetgerink as CFO of ForFarmers
ForFarmers has announced the appointment of Marloes Roetgerink to its executive board as Chief Financial Officer. Roetgerink received shareholder approval during the annual general meeting on May 28 and will commence her role on June 1. Her term will extend until the annual general meeting in 2028, with the possibility of reappointment for an additional four-year term.
The CFO position has been vacant since Roeland Tjebbes departed on December 31, 2023. Since then, Hans Kerkhoven has been serving as interim CFO. ForFarmers is known for providing feed solutions to the livestock farming industry, operating in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Poland. The company has annual sales of approximately 9 million tonnes of animal feed in Europe.
Roetgerink holds an academic background in industrial engineering and management. She graduated from the University of Twente and later became a registered controller at the Free University of Amsterdam. Over the past decade, she has held senior financial roles at Royal FrieslandCampina and Heineken NV.
