Kairos Risk Solutions Welcomes New CEO, Jeffrey Khoo

Khoo’s appointment comes shortly after the recruitment of insurance veteran Albert Lim, who serves as Kairos’ Managing Director for Southeast Asia, signaling the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team.
In his previous role, Khoo served as Vice Chairman of APAC at US Insurtech firm Arbol and held the position of non-executive chairman at a Malaysian insurance agency. With a wealth of experience garnered from various roles, Khoo has served as Chief Marketing Officer, APAC, at ED Broking, Head of Food and Agriculture Sales, Asia, at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, and General Manager at SGX mainboard-listed Guangzhao IFB, among others.
In addition to his professional achievements, Khoo holds the position of Chairman of Community Care at NUSS and has held leadership roles such as Honorary Adviser to the Myanmar Rice & Paddy Association and Thailand’s Farmer Federation.
Chai Chiap Fam, Chairman of Kairos Risk Solutions, expressed enthusiasm about Khoo’s appointment, stating that the team is excited that Jeffrey has accepted the role of leading the risk consultancy business. His deep experience in parametric solutions and wide network in the insurance and agriculture industry will broaden the offerings.
