Richard C. Puccio Joins Analog Devices as CFO and Executive Vice President
An announcement from Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) reveals that Richard C. Puccio, Jr. is set to join the company on February 5, 2024, assuming the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In his upcoming position, Mr. Puccio will be responsible for formulating ADI’s financial strategy and overseeing the company’s global finance operations. Reporting directly to CEO and Chair Vincent Roche, he brings over three decades of experience in financial advisory and high-growth business operations within intricate technology sectors.
Mr. Puccio, joining from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he served as CFO, collaborated closely with the business in managing a broad spectrum of services. Prior to his role at AWS, Mr. Puccio spent nearly 29 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), serving as a partner for over two decades. At PwC, he primarily focused on clients in the global technology, semiconductor, and semiconductor capital equipment industries. Mr. Puccio holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Boston University.
