Scaler Names New CFO Tapan Jindal
Tapan Jindal has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for both Scaler and InterviewBit by ed-tech startup Scaler, as announced in a statement on Wednesday. Valued at $710 million, Scaler has garnered support from prominent international investors, including Lightrock India, Tiger Global, and Peak XV Partners.
In his new role, Jindal will oversee the overall financial growth and well-being of the organization, with a specific focus on corporate strategy and financial operations. Tasked with preparing the business for its next phase of expansion and achieving profitability, he will collaborate with existing teams to strengthen the financial framework.
With nearly two decades of experience, Jindal has held positions in various financial sectors, working for both established companies and innovative startups, including SugarBox Networks, Baazi Games, Den Networks, and the CarDekho Group, encompassing Insurance Dekho and Rupyy.
Abhimanyu Saxena, co-founder of InterviewBit and Scaler, emphasized the significance of the upcoming years in the company’s journey. Expressing his outlook on the role, Jindal said he looks forward to building momentum and delivering on Scaler’s growth strategy.
