New CFO and CPO for Impossible Foods

Elaine Paik has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, and Emma Hutchens as the Chief People Officer at Impossible Foods.

In her newly assumed role, Paik will be responsible for overseeing the company’s finance organization, managing financial planning and analysis, investor relations, controllership, tax, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Paik served as the CFO at Juul Labs, Inc. and held the position of Vice President and Corporate Treasurer for Colgate-Palmolive Co.

As the Chief People Officer, Hutchens will be in charge of all people operations, covering talent acquisition, compensation and rewards, talent and leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with strategic people initiatives. Hutchens most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Heaven Hill Brands and held the role of Chief People Officer at Stoli Group International.

Peter McGuinness, who is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, expressed confidence in the newly appointed leaders, stating that Elaine and Emma are experienced leaders who understand the dynamics required to elevate a company to the next level.
