As of January 24, 2024, Zhong Shanshan was the wealthiest person in China, with an estimated net worth of 59.7 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Colin Zheng Huang (No. 2, $49.7 billion), Zhang Yiming (No. 3, $43.4 billion); and William Ding (No. 4, $31.2 billion).

Ma Huateng is the fifth-richest person in China, with a whopping $30.7 billion. Jack Ma ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $24.6 billion, followed by He Xiangjian with $22.4 billion. Qin Yinglin is placed 8th with a net worth of $14.3 billion. Wang Chuanfu ($14.2 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in China.
