Duluth Holdings (DLTH) has provided an update regarding changes in its executive team. Effective February 12, 2024, Heena Agrawal will assume the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Duluth Holdings Inc.
With a wealth of experience, including positions at Kontoor Brands, Inc., Underwriters Laboratories, and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Agrawal brings a robust financial background to her new role. Her comprehensive compensation package comprises a $470,000 annual salary, eligibility for annual incentives, restricted stock awards, healthcare, and other benefits, along with participation in the company’s severance plans.
Michael Murphy, who has served as Interim CFO since September 15, 2023, will transition to the role of VP, Chief Accounting Officer. Additionally, he will now be responsible for managing the company’s treasury function. The realignment of responsibilities ensures a seamless transition and continued effective financial leadership for Duluth Holdings.
