Kris Corbett Becomes CFO of New Mountain Finance Starting November 27

Kris Corbett has been named the Chief Financial Officer of New Mountain Finance (NASDAQ: NMFC), commencing his role on November 27. His prior experience includes serving as a senior vice president, controller, and treasurer for Blackstone Credit, where he managed responsibilities for both the Blackstone Private Credit Fund and the Blackstone Secured Lending Fund.

Meanwhile, Laura Holson, who has been fulfilling the role of interim CFO for the past year, will transition to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of New Mountain’s Credit business. This transition was confirmed by Adam Weinstein, who serves as the COO and CFO of New Mountain Capital, as well as the director of New Mountain Finance.
