CEO and 4 Directors Step Down from Andrew Peller
Andrew Peller, the successful Canadian beverage producer, is undergoing a leadership transition as CEO John Peller, along with four directors, step down from their roles.
After serving as the CEO for 29 years, John Peller is retiring from the position of president and CEO within the next year. Andrew Peller has initiated a process to find a suitable replacement for the CEO role.
Simultaneously, four directors—Perry Miele, Shauneen Bruder, François Vimard, and David Mongeau—are resigning from their positions effective immediately. Their departure is aimed at facilitating a proactive refreshment of the board, with the company anticipating the appointment of new directors in the coming weeks.
