Superloop Limited CFO Luke Oxenham Resigns

Superloop Limited (ASX: SLC) has made an announcement regarding the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Luke Oxenham, with immediate effect. The company has initiated the search for a suitable replacement for this position. In the interim, Mr. Dean Tognella has been appointed as the acting Chief Financial Officer following Mr. Oxenham’s departure.

Mr. Tognella currently serves as Superloop’s Group Executive Business & Wholesale, where he holds responsibilities for sales and delivery within these segments. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been a member since January 1992. He was also previously a Fellow of the Securities Institute. Mr. Tognella’s background encompasses more than a decade of experience in Internal Audit, Audit, Transaction Support, and Corporate Finance, gained from his roles at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, he has experience in Corporate Development, Planning, and Commercial functions. Mr. Tognella holds an MBA (Exec) from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology.

While Mr. Tognella fulfills the role of Group Executive of Business & Wholesale, Ms. Daisey Stampfer, Superloop’s Group Executive of Strategy and Transformation, will temporarily take on his responsibilities. The company plans to announce a permanent appointment for the role of Chief Financial Officer in due course.
