Stelrad (SRAD.L (LSE)) has appointed Annette Boréna as the new Chief Financial Officer. Annette will assume the role starting from November 1, 2023, and will become an Executive Director of the Board on November 22.
Borén most recently served as the CFO for Northern Europe at Hilti, a manufacturer of construction tools. Before that, she held the position of CFO at Doro, a Swedish consumer electronics company listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm.
She will be succeeding George Letham, who is retiring as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the company. Letham will step down from the board on November 22 following an orderly transition period. He will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive on a part-time basis for a six-month period.

She brings a wealth of experience, which will enable her to make a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the group. I would also like to reiterate the board’s appreciation for George’s contribution and commitment during his twenty years at Stelrad and wish him all the very best in his retirement.
