Eriez Appoints new CFO and Treasurer

Eriez® has announced the appointment of Daryl Leach as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. According to Lukas Guenthardt, who serves as President and CEO, Leach brings a wealth of financial expertise and leadership experience to the Eriez corporate team.

Before joining Eriez, Leach played a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic growth at Zeus Industrial Products in Lexington, South Carolina. Throughout his career, Leach has held a variety of growth-oriented finance positions across diverse sectors, including consumer goods, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing, in both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Guenthardt expressed his confidence in Leach’s ability to positively shape Eriez’s future. He believes that Leach’s guidance will help the company achieve its strategic objectives and reach new heights.

Guenthardt mentioned that Leach’s initial priority will be to connect with teams to gain a deeper understanding of Eriez’s global business, operations, and culture.

Daryl Leach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics from Charleston Southern University and a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. After residing in the southern U.S. for nearly two decades, Leach has relocated to Erie to assume his new position as Eriez CFO and Treasurer.
