Drew Knight Steps Down from the role of CFO in Dexterra

On August 17, Dexterra Group Inc. (TSX: DXT) announced that Drew Knight, the current Chief Financial Officer, will be departing from the organization effective September 8, 2023, to pursue other opportunities. Mark Becker, the Chief Executive Officer, expressed appreciation for Drew’s dedication and contributions, wishing him success in his future pursuits on behalf of the Dexterra team and the Board of Directors.

Dexterra is currently in the process of conducting an executive search to find a new Chief Financial Officer for a permanent position. The selection and appointment are anticipated to take place within the next few months. Dexterra’s workforce, which exceeds 8,500 individuals, is engaged in delivering a spectrum of support services across Canada for the planning, management, and operation of various forms of infrastructure.

In the interim, Ms. Karima Amlani has been appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Karima Amlani is an experienced senior executive with over 25 years of financial and industry expertise, which includes a notable 7-year tenure with Dexterra.

Drawing strength from its people, Dexterra offers specialized regional knowledge to address various challenges and provides inventive solutions, instilling confidence in clients’ operations.
