What Is IT Complete 2.0? Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola Explains How the Company Is Providing the Only Purpose-Built Platform for Multi-Functional IT Professionals

IT Complete 2.0 platform

MSPs are multi-faceted companies that have a lot of different technological needs. This often leads to these companies searching out multiple vendors and disparate solutions to each of the problems they face, as Fred Voccola explains.

This in and of itself can be a big headache for these companies. The time, effort, and money required to identify all these different solutions — and hope that the products work well together — is challenging, to say the least.

With the launch of its IT Complete 2.0 platform, Kaseya seeks to be the one vendor providing every solution an MSP needs, all tightly woven together to save them time, and at a fraction of the cost. Below is an explanation of what IT Complete 2.0 is and how Kaseya is changing the MSP tool landscape.

Outside Acquisitions Result in More Services

IT Complete 2.0 is a purpose-built platform for the multi-functional IT professional. It’s designed to be an all-in-one solution for MSPs, helping them to power every aspect of their company without the need to contract with multiple vendors.

The way that Kaseya has gone about providing all of these services in one place is by acquiring outside companies that specialize in offerings that are complementary to one another and then tightly workflow integrating the products together into a comprehensive suite. Two recent acquisitions that exemplify this strategy are quoting platform AudIT and cybersecurity vendor Vonahi Security.

Acquisitions like this are allowing Kaseya to offer their MSP clients a full suite of services in one place. It’s how the company is able to offer its clients the complete platform that’s available today.

An Expanded Suite of Products

Kaseya has been working hard at expanding its Security Suite for customers. In addition to the acquisitions of Vonahi Security and AudIT, Kaseya has launched two new programs.

One is the Kaseya Cyber Insurance Fast Track Program. All customers, end users, and partners of Kaseya that leverage its security suite will be immediately eligible for cyber coverage at below-market values.

The second new offering is the Kaseya Remote IT and Security Management Certification Program, which expands on Kaseya’s Business Services Suite. This is modeled after both the Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA programs and will provide security and IT organizations that leverage the IT Complete platform with talented professionals who can help them drive their company forward.

The certification program is 40 hours and will prepare candidates to fill the roles of remote security and IT management with expertise in multiple modules of the IT Complete platform.

‘Powered by Kaseya’

Fred Voccola, Kaseya CEO, says that all of this is allowing organizations to be “Powered by Kaseya.” Not only is this label going to be put on all the different products the company offers, but it also will serve as recognition that companies that use the IT Complete 2.0 platform are delivering the best security and IT solutions in the world.

This bundling of services through acquiring external companies is serving not just Kaseya well but all of their customers well also.
