COVID-19 patients in Ukraine receive medical equipment from the Kusto Help Foundation
The Pandemic has generated a severe economic crisis throughout the world. Among its effects, it has caused the bankruptcy of thousands of companies and the loss of millions of jobs.

It also develops sustainable activities in the oil and gas, construction and development, agribusiness, and mining industries in different countries.
Through Kusto Group, Yerkin Tatishev has led the creation of Kusto Help: an organization to support providers of essential services and families affected by the Pandemic. Part of the Kusto Help Foundation’s donations to help cope with the Pandemic includes medical equipment, food, housing, and technology.

Yerkin Tatishev fights water scarcity in Kazakhstan
The award that EY gave to the founder of Kusto Group seeks to recognize those who work to improve the quality of life in their communities, countries, and around the world.
The Covid-19 Pandemic has not been the only issue addressed by the Kusto Group. Water scarcity in Kazakhstan poses a severe threat to the entire country.
Faced with this situation, UN officials have declared that Kazakhstan suffers from great water stress and depends on its neighbors, including Central Asia and China.
Consequently, cooperation emerged between Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group, the Government of Kazakhstan, and Valmont Industries, USA. Together they will open a manufacturing plant to produce 1000 pivot irrigation devices in Kazakhstan.
In addition, the agreement provides for the installation of innovative irrigation systems on farms and a program to train local farmers.
All donations made by the Kusto Group have been possible thanks to the assistance of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine. The company’s entrepreneurial spirit led them to take the lead in charitable giving during a difficult time.
