The United States, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom are the most-popular destinations for upscale spring travel, according to CEOWORLD magazine. Europe holds six spots on the list, all of which are perennial favorites for U.S. travelers.

France and Australia finished out the top five on CEOWORLD magazine’s listing, following by Italy, Spain, New Zealand, Japan, and Greece, making up the top 10.

The rankings come from an examination of magazine’s worldwide survey from November 2018 to January 2019. Australia and New Zealand have a history of being popular for the U.S. families in the spring, offering favorable weather and easy flights.

Easter and Passover draw travelers to Israel during spring holidays and also presents families with educational opportunities. Winter is in full swing – which makes it the perfect time to dream of a spring break escape.
