Bob Johnston from GPT Group Joins Stockland Board, Bringing Decades of Industry Experience

Former GPT Group CEO Bob Johnston is set to join the board of fellow property developer Stockland, starting October 1. Johnston’s appointment follows his departure from GPT in March, where he had served as Chief Executive for eight years. His extensive career in the property sector includes significant leadership roles, such as managing director of Frasers Property Australia (formerly known as Australand) and various executive positions at Lendlease.

Stockland highlighted Johnston’s more than 30 years of experience in the property sector, emphasizing his expertise in investment, development, project management, and construction both in Australia and internationally.
