DHL Australia Celebrated for Outstanding Workplace Culture
DHL Australia has been honored for its exemplary workplace culture following a comprehensive survey by Great Place To Work (GPTW), an organization renowned for assessing workplace environments. This year, DHL achieved GPTW certification through a collaborative effort encompassing its four business units: DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding, and DHL Supply Chain.
The heads of these units—Denise McGrouther, Vice President and Managing Director of DHL eCommerce; Phil Corcoran, Managing Director of DHL Express; George Lawson, Managing Director of DHL Global Forwarding; and Steve Thompsett, CEO of DHL Supply Chain—expressed their satisfaction with the results.
Denise McGrouther highlighted the collaborative effort of the divisions and their commitment to fostering a work culture that attracts and retains top talent while encouraging innovation and development.
