Modulaire Appoints Pavan Pattada as New Group CEO

Modulaire, the parent company of Algeco and other portable accommodation rental businesses, has named Pavan Pattada as its new Group CEO, succeeding Mark Higson, who is set to retire.

Pattada joins Modulaire from Westinghouse Electric Company, where he served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations Services for five years. His previous experience includes 16 years in senior roles at Eaton Corp and early career positions in the merchant navy and Deloitte Consulting. Pattada will join Modulaire on July 8 and assume the CEO role on August 1.

During his tenure at Westinghouse, Pattada played a crucial role in restructuring the business, significantly improving operating performance, and steering the company back to growth. Modulaire’s board expressed gratitude to Mark Higson for his leadership since 2020, noting his successful management of the company’s transition under Brookfield’s ownership, as well as achieving sustained profitable growth and enhanced safety and ESG performance.

Modulaire operates in 23 countries with a fleet of over 335,000 modular space and portable storage units alongside 5,000 remote accommodation rooms. In Europe, including the UK, it operates under the Algeco brand, and its other brands include Advanté in the UK, Altempo in France, Ausco and NET Modular in Australia, and Portacom in New Zealand.
