His primary expertise is in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury functions. Known for his operational approach, Celenza deeply understands each unique situation, a style that aligns well with YPTC’s growth trajectory.
Celenza’s decision to join YPTC was driven by the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful and growing organization. His personal connection to the nonprofit sector, particularly through his daughter’s involvement with Hope Springs Equestrian Therapy, which offers therapeutic horseback riding for individuals with disabilities, reinforces his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
Celenza holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kings College and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. He resides in Chester County, PA, with his wife and two children, where they enjoy outdoor activities and share a passion for barbecue.
