Diwakaraiah N J Appointed CFO of DCX Systems, Effective April 11, 2024

DCX Systems has announced the appointment of Diwakaraiah N J as its Chief Financial Officer and Key Management Personnel (KMP), effective April 11, 2024. Diwakaraiah holds an LL.B degree from Karnataka State Law University, a CMA designation from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a B.Com degree from Bangalore University. His illustrious career includes significant roles such as Managing Director at Vaatsalya Healthcare Solutions Private, Financial Controller at Gokaldas Exports, and Vice President of Finance at Arvind Retail.

The company’s operations encompass system integration, cable and wire harness assemblies, and kitting, contributing to its status as a leading player in the industry. Despite a recent decline in consolidated net profit by 21.80% and a 44.32% decrease in revenue from operations in Q3 FY24 over Q3 FY23, DCX Systems remains committed to its growth trajectory.
