Nova Elevates Guy Kizner to CFO Position
Nova (Nasdaq: NVMI) has announced the appointment of Mr. Guy Kizner as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1st, 2024. Mr. Kizner, who has been with Nova since 2010, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in financial roles within the company, most recently serving as the Corporate VP of Finance. He will succeed Mr. Dror David, who has been Nova’s CFO since 2005 and will retire following a smooth transition period.
