Silver Bullet Data Services Group plc has unveiled that Darren Poynton, who has served as Group CFO and Company Secretary for five years, overseeing the company’s successful June 2021 IPO and robust financial performance, is stepping down from his role.
Assuming the responsibilities of CFO and Company Secretary is Chris Ellis, a seasoned chartered accountant with diverse experience spanning Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology/SAAS, and Oil & Gas sectors. Ellis brings a wealth of leadership expertise from his tenure as Chief Operating Officer at McLaren Strategic Capital and CFO of GE Capital’s prominent international business.
In tandem with the CFO transition, Silver Bullet welcomes AnnaMaria Khan-Rubalcaba to its board as a new Non-Executive Director. Khan-Rubalcaba, currently the Chief Executive of HYD, an Omnicom Group Digital Product Agency, brings extensive experience in marketing technology and AI services.
