Ari Glazer Named Chief Financial Officer of Mohegan
According to Bloomberg, the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority has appointed Ari Glazer, formerly of the banking group Citi, as its Chief Financial Officer. The United States-based casino group, operating as Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, has chosen not to comment on the matter. Carol Anderson, the previous CFO, announced her departure from the gaming entity in December.
The venue’s formal launch ceremony took place last week, and esteemed guests such as Yu In-Chon, South Korea’s Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, were in attendance.
Mr. Glazer brings extensive experience to his new role, having been with Citi since 2004, where he currently serves as the institution’s head of gaming and lodging.
Mohegan Gaming recently inaugurated the Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon, South Korea, with the foreigner-only casino within the complex being authorized to commence operations in early February, just in time for the Lunar New Year festivities.
