Superloop Elevates Leadership with Key Appointments

Superloop Limited has announced significant additions to its leadership cadre. Mr. Dean Tognella assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer effective March 6, 2024, transitioning from his previous role as Acting CFO since October 23, 2023. Concurrently, Ms. Daisey Stampfer is appointed permanently as Group Executive Business & Wholesale.

Paul Tyler, Superloop’s Managing Director and CEO, lauded Mr. Tognella’s impact as Acting CFO, stating that Dean’s enthusiasm and expertise as Acting CFO have been invaluable. His leadership and financial acumen significantly contributed to the Company’s success and growth during this period.

With over 25 years of diverse experience in telecommunications and technology, Mr. Tognella’s professional journey includes roles at SingTel, Optus, NBN Co, IBM, and PwC. His academic credentials include a fellowship from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW). His appointment is rooted in his ability to advance the company’s ‘Double Down’ strategy, maintaining its upward trajectory.

Following Mr. Tognella’s appointment, Ms. Stampfer’s temporary role, previously filled by Mr. Tognella, transitions to a permanent position. Ms. Stampfer, who previously served as Superloop’s Group Executive Strategy & Transformation, brings over 15 years of experience from top-tier companies. With an educational background spanning Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Software, and Law, Ms. Stampfer is renowned for her innovative approach to addressing business challenges with modern solutions.

These strategic leadership appointments underscore Superloop’s commitment to bolstering its internal structure. With seasoned leaders at the helm of financial and business development functions, the company is poised to tackle future challenges and pursue its ‘Double Down’ strategy, driving financial growth and development.
